    It was ok & handy for where I needed to be in Takapuna.

    Clean & well equipped in a handy location for where we needed to be. Beds comfy & good heat pumps both upstairs & downstairs.

    Very musty downstairs with the larger bedroom in a converted garage. Lucky it had a heat pump with the concrete block walls. Stairway needs a paint job face lift. Probably should say that the main bedroom was a garage. Sleeps 6 with only 1 shower luckily there was only 3 of us.
