    Very mediocre/bad

    There was a good amount of room in the apartment, it was in a pretty good area since it was close to the colosseum and some other sites to visit. The bed was a queen and pretty comfortable.

    We had many issues with this place. First off, the WiFi instructions in the link we were given did not work at all, the WiFi did not appear at all on any of our devices even when manually typing it in. We tried contacting the owner 3 times via the Vikey website that was linked in the email that they sent us and they never responded. We eventually found WiFi info on a random door a couple floors down and we were able to connect to that, but it was very slow and would randomly disconnect. I got a eSIM for my phone for the trip but while in the apartment, the cellular service was awful and would rarely connect so we couldn’t use cellular either. Secondly, the apartment did had a portable air conditioning unit, but the opening in the back of it did not have a hose to blow out the hot air so it did not cool the apartment at all. Luckily we were there in mid October so it did not get too warm. Thirdly, the washing machine was moldy inside of it so we were very hesitant to use it. We did not see any mold inside the drum where the clothes are washed so we used it and it worked alright. The machine was completely in Italian and the owner included no instructions at all so it took awhile to learn how to use it. Overall, I would not stay here again and would recommend getting a different place or a hotel instead.
