    Best stay in Japan. We will be back!

    Great location right next to Kyobashi station - easy access to Kyoto and the Osaka Loop Line. The rooms are a good size and layout with large wardrobe, balcony, good sized bathroom and laundry/drying facilities. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on in Japan and the extra large pillows added a bit of luxury and comfort too. The kitchenette is very small and might be ok for basic cooking or reheating food. We didn’t use it as there were so many well priced food options nearby. The nearby streets can get a bit loud at night but you can’t hear it from the room. Check in was easy and the staff super friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent.

    The floors are timber and can be noisy from the apartment above - footsteps and if furniture is moved. But this wasn’t a big issues.

    Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und es gab eine Waschmaschine. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Kyobashi Bahnhof, wodurch man ziemlich schnell überall hin kommt.

    Etwas laut in der Nacht, durch die Lage an einer Straße und Bahnhof.

    Loved it so much we booked again!

    Adore how close it is to the train station. It's close to both the north and central exits, so there are two ways to get there. We really liked this place before, so we stayed here again. The back door is very nice to have, too, and we used it a lot more than we did last time. The apartment is a nice size, and the little balcony is so cute. Love that we can do laundry- that was a must in all the places we stayed. Roomy bathtub, plus the beds were very comfy. Love the amount of pillows. There is so much to eat nearby- we did a different place evey day. Also very close to a couple convenience stores.

    The dehumidifier would keep beep loudly and turn off. At first I thought it was because it needed to be emptied, but when I checked, the drawer didn't have much in it. It continued to do that even though I kept up with emptying it. It would be okay if it was when we were awake (or out and about), but it would sometimes do that when we were sleeping and would wake us up. But even so, it wasn't too big of an issue.
