    Good service from Mehmet, but the swimming pool experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations

    Special thanks to Mehmet from the staff for his kindness, attention and excellent service. He was respectful and helpful, and I appreciate the care he showed us during our stay.

    We were told that the swimming pool was operational, so I paid an additional 200 Turkish lira for a swimming cap, which was required to use the pool. However, when we entered the pool, the water was extremely cold, making it impossible for adults to swim comfortably, let alone children. I contacted the staff about this issue, but the only explanation we received was that the water was naturally like that. This was very disappointing, especially because we were travelling with children who were excited to use the swimming pool. If a pool is advertised as operational, guests should be able to use it under reasonable conditions. Charging guests for swimming caps when the pool is effectively unusable is not acceptable. The hotel should clearly inform guests about the water temperature before they pay extra or prepare their children to swim.
