Dün geceki konaklamamızda resepsiyonda görevli İlhan Bey'e özel olarak teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bize inanılmaz derecede yardımcı oldu, güler yüzü ve nezaketiyle yol yorgunluğumuzu anında unutturdu. İşini severek ve büyük bir özenle yaptığı o kadar belli ki... Böyle harika çalışanlar bir otelin en büyük değeridir, tüm emekleri için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Antalya'da kendi apart otellerimi işleten ve sürekli misafir ağırlayan biri olarak, kaliteli hizmetin ve samimi iletişimin ne kadar değerli olduğunu çok iyi bilirim. Dün geceki konaklamamızda resepsiyonda görevli İlhan Bey bize tam anlamıyla kusursuz bir misafirperverlik yaşattı. İnanılmaz bir nezaket, güler yüz ve profesyonellikle bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Otel yönetimi böyle harika bir ekip arkadaşına sahip olduğu için gerçekten çok şanslı. İlhan Bey'e sonsuz teşekkürler!

Not up the expectations
Location is good. Close to Taksim square.
The shower door was broken, and every time we showered, the entire bathroom became wet. The overall cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was very poor, and the hotel amenities were extremely basic. We were staying on the fourth floor, and unfortunately, the elevator was out of order on the last day of our stay. Having to carry four suitcases down four flights of stairs was a real challenge. Thankfully, the receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with the luggage, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. We noticed that two juice dispensers remained untouched throughout our stay, the tea and coffee were of very poor quality, and there was a limited selection of fresh ingredients. After the first day, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and breakfast. There is significant room for improvement in these areas.
