    Outside looks good but needs thoroughly better cleaning

    Only spent a night and left the next day so didn't use facilities but the pool and restaurant looked good, staff was very helpful and friendly

    I'm not one to usually complain about small things but The bed sheets had hair in it and the blankets had blood stains which, unfortunately is just not acceptable.

    The staff were fabulous. In particular one of the reception staff Fati who helped me out with a medical problem and organised the necessary medication. All staff were cheerful and helpful. I enjoyed massages at the spa and the food was excellent- breakfast in particular.

    The air conditioning was not great and the TV could not be turned up beyond a certain volume which was too low for me to hear comfortably

    The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food was great too and I especially liked the omelette station. Any issues were resolved quickly and positively which was fantastic.

    My only concern was the construction in the area but that's not the fault of the hotel.
