  Not as advertised; Not worthy of its premium rate, NOT a farmhouse

  The primary bed was comfortable. The sheets clean and good quality. The cleanliness (except for the old oven with rusty gas pilot) was good.

  There is NOTHING FARMHOUSE about this typical in-town townhome on a busy noisy road from commercial trucks, heavy equipment trucks, buses. We came to Gozo for peace & quiet. We switched reservations from the Kempinski (cheaper than this property, so tells you this property is pretty expensive) but we thought this private rental would he worth it as a « farmhouse « suggesting the peace of such. NOT at all. It is no different tgan any other row home in the urban areas. It is not even on a quiet street! It is at the head of a busy T-intersection (lights shining into the rooms as cars come down the street) AND it is a bus stop (buses were running late at night & early in the morning)The various work trucks and heavy equipment trucks start barreling by at 4:30am, clanging as they bump over the road with a dip & no asphalt in front of this address. Since your bedrooms & front door are 15 inches from this street, you can imagine how you will not get a good night’s rest here. There was no hot water the first 24 hrs. While the owner told us it was user error, he did send someone out who admitted there were issues. He couldnt make the hot water work either. We discovered other multiple reviewers on google reported the same problem the first 24 hrs…hmmmm, is the owner just hoping guests wont complain about no hot water. Additionally guests are expected to sort garbage from compost materials from 3 types of recycling and put the 5 different types out by 6am daily. If you put out the wrong bag one day youll get a complaint message from owner. If youre there less than a week youll hardly have ability to synch with this convoluted schedule (or even more than one or two items to put out. The third bed in the upstairs second bedroom is a foam pad on a short cement platform. Cannot imagine anyone but a child sleeping there, but that that is not disclosed in the advance .

  Peaceful, relaxing, great location in Gozo

  Bed rooms were amazing. Staff was super responsive and friendly. Free of clutter.

  La maison a un charme incroyable ! Elle est également équipée en électroménager et impeccable au niveau de la propreté.

  Pour les saisons un peu fraîches, il faudrait quelques couvertures en supplément ^^
