    A bit disappointing facilities for in-house guest provided by 4 star hotel!

    Nice location, between the mountains and Atlantic Ocean, spacious comfortable bed, our room had a terrace where we could watch the sunset. Reception of the hotel up the hill, take a note of that Camiño pilgrims😉

    Very confusing information about spa for in house guest on the website. Room rate wasn’t low at all and after check in we were told for spa facilities there is an extra charge of 18 euros per person. Very disappointing and I disagree with lady at the reception that all hotels do that. We’ve travelled a lot and most of the hotels with spa have specific hours for in house guest included into a room rate. As well it’s a basic requirement, I’m my opinion, to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for a 4 star hotel, none of those were available.
