"Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking. Other Policies : A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking" Please note: renovation works are currently taking place from January to March 2026 in a designated area of the hotel as part of ongoing improvements. These works are carefully managed to minimize any impact on our guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
