Low moving area with limited options if no car available. Customer service was in some cases almost rude. Jacuzzi was not available although listed in the add, and additionally when requested for a slot to use response was “it’s not possible” and when we asked when it would be possible response was “never”. No support with luggage storage until the check in and after the check out while there’s nothing around to drop them.

La vue est magnifique
- Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude de tout le séjour. Nous avons signalé le problème 3 fois (2 fois sur Whatsapp et 1 fois via Booking) et cela n’a pas été pris en compte. Les demandes sont gérées par un robot ou sinon des personnes incompétentes qui ne se déplacent jamais si il y a un souci. On nous a répondu automatiquement que l’eau chaude était fabriquée avec des panneaux solaires, et qu’il fallait attendre… mais ce n’était pas la raison : nous (5 personnes) avons pris des douches à l’eau très froide les 3 soirs. Après des journées de rando, on ne fait pas l’impasse sur la douche, nous sommes même lavés les cheveux à l’eau froide… donc non, rien à voir avec de l’impatience. - 5 personnes et 4 oreillers avec une taie, 2 oreillers sans taie : pas d’oreillers avec taie pour tous les occupants - 5 personnes et 2 grandes serviettes + 2 petites : donc même pas une grande serviette par personne
