Terrible and do not recommend for the price paid!

So disappointed the moment we walked into the place, finding damaged further (broken table & sofa) which are safety hazards. The response received was so unsatisfactory and not acceptable. The bathroom had sewage smell. Stained towels. No toiletries provided in the bathroom (basically empty bottles - not even bothered to refill). The bathroom floor mat was soaking wet from the time we entered. The reply I got was “Hi, because of our cleaner just done cleaning, the mat will be abit wet ya 🙌🏻” Never heard of such a terrible excuse . Beds were dusty. No extra bin bags provided so when the bin was full had to go down and get extra bin bags.

Poorly maintained unit. Poor responses from the person in charge. Looked different from the photos shown.
