    Could have been excellent!

    Size, clean, outfit, in principal location

    Very noisy location with hordes of people walking through the narrow alley until late. Very noisy neighbors upstairs who seemed to be awake all night and given old structure of the property everything can be heard loud and clearly. Smoking facility at front door drags smoke and noise through open windows of the apartment.
