  Prachtig uitzicht, rustige ligging en toch dicht bij het centrum. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Personeel is geweldig.

  A little piece of paradise in Tam Coc, made even more special by the wonderful Linda!

  After a very busy few days in Hanoi, arriving here was just wonderful. We completely slowed down, relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the most beautiful views. Honestly, sitting by that pool looking out at the scenery was something else! Linda was absolutely lovely. She contacted us on WhatsApp before we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful. She suggested places to visit, gave us an idea of costs and even helped us plan our days so we could make the most of our time in Tam Coc. The whole place is so welcoming, with beautiful flowers, hammocks to relax in and lovely rooms around the pool. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with Linda checking the night before what we’d like and when we’d like it. It’s also just a lovely little stroll into Tam Coc itself. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was probably some of the most relaxing time we had in Vietnam, and Linda really did make it special.

  Publicidad engañosa, alojamiento diferente al reservado y muchos mosquitos

  La ubicación fue aceptable. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada porque el alojamiento que recibimos no correspondía con el que habíamos reservado y pagado.

  Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Reservamos y pagamos este alojamiento basándonos en las fotografías publicadas en Booking, pero al llegar nos entregaron una habitación completamente diferente a la anunciada. Cuando preguntamos por qué no correspondía con las fotografías, nos explicaron que la habitación original había sufrido un incendio aproximadamente dos meses antes y que había sido reconstruida o modificada. Lo más grave es que nunca nos informaron de esta situación antes de nuestra llegada. Solo nos dieron esa explicación después de recibir las llaves y reclamar por las diferencias. Además, había muchísimos mosquitos dentro del alojamiento. Aunque tenían mosquiteros instalados, estos no eran suficientes. Encontramos mosquitos en el baño, en la habitación y prácticamente en todas las áreas, lo que hacía muy incómoda nuestra estancia y dificultaba descansar tranquilamente. Considero una falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes ofrecer fotografías que no representan el alojamiento que realmente se entrega. Pagamos esperando unas condiciones específicas y recibimos algo diferente, además de tener que lidiar con la presencia constante de mosquitos. Presentamos una reclamación ante Booking, pero hasta el momento no hemos recibido una solución satisfactoria. No recomiendo este alojamiento. La falta de transparencia, las fotografías que no corresponden con la realidad y la gran cantidad de mosquitos hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy desagradable.
