  I was glad that ended up picking this hotel - away from the town and from crowds of tourists. The location itself is great - you already among limestone mountains! Hostess Lio was wonderful and gave me the map of attractions, offered a bicycle to get around and to the town. She arranged a scooter for me the next day - so I was all set to explore the area. After I moved around the town I realized that it was a best decision - to be in the outskirts of Tam Coc. Besides I was most of the time alone in the hotel and that added a special charm to my stay. The room was very spacious, the bed firm and comfortable. AC worked great.

  Disponibilità e cortesia della proprietaria, che oltre a consigliarci un ottimo tour della zona ci ha anche offerto la possibilità di noleggiare bici e fare una doccia anche dopo il check-out. Molto consigliato!

  The host Lia is super welcoming and helpful. You can rent bikes, bicycles and do the laundry there. The location is great, we enjoyed our days there.

  Great value for money

  This is a great hotel at a great price. you get a gorgeous room and the outside area is also so pretty (and home to butterflies). you can also see the signature Ninh Binh rock formations from right outside the entrance. You will have to bike or grab to most places as there aren't many attractions or restaurants within walking distance, but that also means it's in nature so you can enjoy the view as you ride to and from places. You can rent a bike or motorbike from the hotel, which is convenient. I enjoyed the free breakfast, although it's served a little earlier than i'm used to at 7-9 am. It's usually eggs, toast, and a fruit platter, but some days they had additional options like pho or fried rice The receptionist is very nice and helpful as well.

  I did have a power outage twice but it was fixed very fast both times.
