    Una volta arrivato hanno detto che la mia prenotazione era cancellata. Senza nessu avviso. Sembra sia una pratica comune Ho dovuto cercare un altro albergo pagandolo di più. Esperienza pessima.

    the place is "brilliant" all the staff are wonderful, friendly, I would especially like to mention the owner Yousef, the receptionist Aya and especially the manager, attendant, driver Islam, who really found solutions to all the situations that arose. otherwise one of the most amazing places in the world. I recommend everyone to visit.
