    A beautiful colonial hotel in Cusco. The location is great, walkable to the Plaza de Armas whilst being far enough away to be out of the noise and chaos. The breakfast was nice and the choice of coffee on entry was a lovely addition. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, especially when helping us to book a taxi to the train station.

    Whilst the room was lovely and huge, it felt a little rough around the edges like it needed a slight revamp. Not sure whether it was from the corridor or the building behind but there was a lot of noise coming from somewhere in the early morning. We also had some ants in the room, around the glasses after using them the night before.

    Hôtel au calme à 10 minutes de la place des armes

    Le personnel a été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le double patio intérieur est un havre de paix. Il y a à disposition des tisanes de coca et muña qui aident à combattre l’altitude. L’hôtel dispose d’une zone de stockage de bagages, très pratique pour partir en excursion et revenir sur Cusco. La réception est ouverte 24/24h et peut vous commander des taxis à prix raisonnable. Je vous le recommande.

    Le wifi coupe régulièrement mais le personnel relance les box wifi sur demande

    Adecuado para lo que buscábamos

    Claustros interiores preciosos. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar en todas nuestras salidas a las excursiones aún saliendo a las 4am. Cama cómoda. Limpieza adecuada. Desayuno adecuado.

    A nuestra llegada en bus nocturno, sobre las 5.15h no había nadie en la recepción. Tuvimos que irnos a caminar con todo el equipaje hasta que tras unos 45min apareció el recepcionista y pudimos acceder. Por el tipo de hotel las habitaciones son un poco antiguas sin buen cierre de ventanas y aislamiento del sonido. Un poco más lejos de la plaza de lo que creíamos (y en subida, que con la altura se nota).
