The room was amazing. The staff you helpful and kind. Great location
Every morning of my 3 day stay from 7am the builders with jack hammers and drills started renovating the room next to mine....all day. Made for a very unpleasant stay

Hotel charmoso, acolhedor, bem localizado. Nota 10!
Estadia simplesmente perfeita.
Nada a relatar… super indico.

Nice room, terrible noise, and poor customer service
The room was comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. The breakfast, which I only had once, was satisfactory.
The major problem was the unbearable noise from construction work taking place immediately next to one of the room's walls. Continuous drilling and hammering from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days made it impossible to work, let alone sleep or rest. The hotel offered no alternative room. When I asked the receptionist why guests were not informed about the construction before booking, he admitted he was ashamed of the situation but simply replied, "It is what it is." Even more astonishing was the hotel's idea of compensation: upon checkout, they waived the municipal tax of USD 1.50 per night—a grand total of USD 3 for two days of serious disruption. There was also a disappointing lack of flexibility regarding breakfast. Since I was leaving early on my second morning, before breakfast service began, I asked upon arrival whether I could have breakfast that first morning instead. The request was refused.
