    Comfortabel appartement op prima locatie

    Het is een heel compleet appartement. Overal is aan gedacht. Heerlijke bedden, klein balkonnetje, nette badkamer. Onze wasmachine was kapot. Personeel deed er alles aan om het probleem op te lossen.

    My favorite hotel of this Japan trip Of the three hotels I stayed at in Japan, this was my favorite. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location — very convenient for getting around Osaka, but the hotel is on a quiet side street. I stayed on the 12th floor and had no noise problems at all. The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable, with a washing machine, good-sized refrigerator and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bedding was pleasant, and the pillows were great. I slept very well here. Communication was also excellent — messages were answered very quickly, and when I asked for an iron, they helped immediately. I am quite a demanding hotel guest, especially when it comes to comfort and sleep, and I was genuinely happy with everything. Highly recommended.

    50歲第一次的自由行，可以說是幸運也可以說是不幸!!!

    50歲第一次的自由行，可以說是幸運也可以說是不幸!!! 報到簡單不繁瑣及員工服務回復快速值得讚賞。

    但狀況不是普通的多，住了五晚從第一天電視機故障無法使用，當天晚上立即處理，修理到晚上11點還是修不好，到第2天繼才能修理好，馬上第3-4天冷氣機又發出異聲，一樣處理不好修了幾次，最後第5天直接換房間了!!! 我的自由行好像變成了好幾天都在聯繫與飯店民宿維修確認了!!!
