Good apartment and comunitation. You need to check in online and sign agreement. Pay for late check in it funcioned good. Regarding the deposit payment this need to be done in the timeframe six days before arrival and the arrival. Before it is not possible.
All good.

Cuidado!! Te piden una fianza de 100€, a la salida te dicen que está todo perfecto y tu fianza va a ser devuelta, pero es una ESTAFA!!, no te lo devuelven, ellos intentan justificar que está devuelta, pero es todo falso.

Great location, but impossible to sleep due to the noise
Centrally located, well-equipped, and very clean studio. It has everything you need to feel right at home.
The constant noise at night—whether the windows are open or closed—makes the experience awful. The window frames are so cheap that they don't close tightly, leaving gaps that let all the noise in. It’s a huge drawback for this otherwise well-located property
