    Presenza bottiglia di acqua (non minerale)

    Lunga attesa per acqua calda nella doccia Tendaggi con diverse altezze che danno un senso di approssimazione. Assenza del cartellino dietro la porta riportante la categoria dell'hotel ed il prezzo massimo applicabile. Poca illuminazione dal lampadario, e per spegnere devi alzarti dal letto.

    Dreadful, we left the hotel after one night of a four night booking and will be seeking a refund of three nights’ accomm

    Very little, the room was clean.

    It was not the room I booked (it was room 002) and nothing like the photographs in the Booking.Com advert. It was small without a balcony though the receptionist tried to persuade me that the little garden was a balcony. The sunshade was filled with stagnant rainwater. The window of the bathroom was at pavement level and had no sound proofing that I could see and the noise was intrusive to say the least. The furniture was old, tired and not fit for purpose. There were steps going up into the bathroom which interfered with my access as I have mobility issues. When I asked to change rooms I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.

    Great location and hotel

    Great location, room was almost perfect (a faucet needed urgent tightening) and clean. We were very lucky to get one of the few garages directly across the street (Reserve in advance). Staff was very helpful and patient.
