Overall beyond expectations
Both the inclusive buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. Selection and quality more than matched my expectation. Great size room!
Lack of more frequent shuttle bus to the train station upon check out.

Super comfortable, relaxed, clean, very well provided, and great onsen.
Like that our room has both Japanese traditional bedroom and western bedroom. Gorgeous onsen and facilities, generous service of complimentary food and beverages. Very clean and professionally managed.
The staff could’ve been a little more personal/friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast buffet offered a good range of food. There is also shuttle service available.
