    Tiny house with fantastic views

    Very friendly host. Amazing views of Mt Taranaki. Surprisingly spacious inside and very well equipped given its size. Everything worked well. Lots of nice touches too. Easy location for exploring the wider area.

    Could have been slightly cleaner.

    Not a great choice in winter

    Location in a paddock. Space from the next cabin. Supplies inside. Shower and bed.

    Due to the weather the cabin was drafty and noisy. The door didn't seal and the only seat faced the draft beside the door. Something rattled and banged all night right by our heads, the wind was high and the cabin shook like an earthquake. It was so cold the heat pump stopped working while the outside defrosted. When we arrived the temperature was set to 30 which we thought excessive - until we realised the pump would stop and also battle the drafty door. So, not a great choice on a winter night, but, in summer, that would be different.

    Perfect stay

    Clean and very relaxing place to spend the weekends. You’ve got your own privacy. Cabin has it all. We had a good sleep as bed was so comfy, and thanks for the hoodies. The property is safe and well maintained.

    Why would I have something not to like? This place is amazing.
