    This is a great property with an excellent host.

    Host Angelica was at the property at exactly the time agreed. Guided me through the apartment and explained local beach and other attractions.

    Great location and cleanliness, but some of the additional fees and check-out requirements felt unnecessary.

    👍 What we liked: * Great location, very convenient for exploring Alicante. * Clean accommodation and generally good facilities. * Staff was polite and professional. * Smooth communication and check-in.

    * The €150 security deposit charged in advance felt excessive. * The €20 fee for towels considered “too dirty” was quite uncomfortable. * Shower gel was not provided, which we expected. * Having to take out the rubbish at check-out was inconvenient, especially when leaving directly for the airport with luggage. * The overall interaction felt professional, but not particularly warm or welcoming.
