    A hotel thar exceeded our expectations!

    The hotel was well positioned near the beach, shops, restaurants and centre of the town. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel restaurant was always clean and the service personnel attentive to all our needs. The buffet was excellent with a good choice of healthy fresh and cooked food. We were impressed by the "philoxenia" of the staff especially the receptionist, lifeguard and the manager.

    The loungers around the pool reminded us of tins of sardines. A bi crowded

    Prime location and nice people, but with room for improvement

    Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Check-in was fast, breakfast wasn't worse than other local 5* hotels, pool facility and sunbeds were nice and well maintained. Overall, positive and relaxed mood.

    It's time to renovate the bedrooms, they are old and need to get more modern. Not really sure they are up to at 4* hotel. The main door doesn't insulate enough from the noise in the corridor, for example. Then, the luggage room should be located and handled directly by the reception, so the staff keeps an eye on it. Instead, it was located in the basement (not safe, everyone could go there unmonitored), and I had to bring my luggage there personally.
