    Not bad definitely due for maintenance

    It was generally nice and parking is good

    No privacy for the windows, you can hear what is happening in the cabins around you and walls are a bit dirty and need painting.

    Nice place to stay on the outskirts of Geelong

    Very clean and comfortable with modern furniture and appliances, car park, and located directly across the road from a large park that runs alongside the Barwon river.
