    O experiență extrem de neplăcută, într-o proprietate situată la demisol, în care mirosul puternic și persistent de fum de țigară este pur și simplu dezgustător. După ce am semnalat această problemă persoanei care administrează proprietatea, răspunsul primit a fost de-a dreptul revoltător: „Trebuia să refuzați cazarea!” O atitudine complet lipsită de profesionalism și de respect față de clienți. Mai mult, când am solicitat factura pentru cazare, doamna respectivă ne-a răspuns pe un ton acid și arogant că factura trebuie emisă de Booking, încercând să ne dea o lecție în loc să ofere o explicație civilizată. O proprietate pe care nu o recomand, atât din cauza condițiilor de cazare, cât mai ales a atitudinii total nepotrivite a persoanei care o administrează.
