    הקירבה לאגם מארה

    החדר לא היה מספיק נקי. היה בו ריח כבד של חומר הדברה נגד חרקים. המטבחון פצפון. המצעים בעליית גג לא היו נקיים. המיטות לא נוחות וחורקות וגם עליית הגג חורקת. לא היו מספיק מים חמים למקלחת ובשעות מסויימות היו מים קרים בלבד. הכפר כולו קצת מוזנח - חלק מהמתקנים במגרש המשחקים היו תקולים, הדשא צהוב והמראה מיושן. בלובי יש אקוויריום מוזנח.
