A parking spot in an underground garage - no problem with finding a free spot to park a car. Kind owner of the apartment.
Lack of waste sorting. Very LOUD music nearly all day long, every day from the opposite bistro bar!!! The bar belongs the this whole apartment complex. I asked the manager of the complex to turn the music down because my apartment was just opposite the bar and consequently it was impossible to relax with the windows open, not to mention while sitting on a balcony. He refused to my request and they kept playing loud music till 10.00 PM!!! As this was a small one-side apartment with no AC, it became very stifling with the windows closed during the day. Moreover, they kept a dog which was barking every day at 6.00 AM! As a consequence, because of a complete lack of peace and quiet, I cannot recommend this place, at least not during the high season.

Vynikajúci apartmán s parkovaním v garáži. My sme boli v čase, keď bolo v Tatrách 36 stupňov celzia a preto auto v klimatizovanej podzemnej garáži a poloha apartmánu východ-sever bola vynikajúca. Komunikácia s majiteľkou tiež perfektná: chýbali nejaké veci, na druhý deň osobne doniesla. Veľmi milá, ochotná pani. Iba poznámka, aby ste si doniesli z domu: nie sú tam žiadne koreniny, olej. Ďakujeme veľmi pekne.
