    Disappointing, let down by bachcare.

It had a nice view and the beds were comfortable.

The property was not cleaned before we arrived meaning we had to vacate while it was cleaned. Bachcare initially offered compensation, but has since paused in their process.

House was comfortable, spacious and we enjoyed our stay. Batchcare communication was not good!

Location was excellent and the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Communication with Batchcare was terrible. They were very slow to respond to our messages (if they responded at all) and we had to follow up several times. We contacted them when staying as there was no plug for the kitchen sink which made it very difficult to do the dishes. Despite sending 3 messages and them responding they were looking into a resolution they never responded again. Disappointing and not the level of service we expected.
