    It's an okay place for a short stay, but definitely not a 9.4 experience. It needs a deep refresh.

    Great view: The apartment really does have a beautiful view from the window/balcony. Cleanliness (mostly): The fridge, floors, and general areas were clean. Amenities: Having a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus. Check-in process: Getting into the apartment was quite easy and straightforward.

    Condition of the furniture and textiles: The apartment feels quite worn out. The towels had a bad smell and were stained with foundation makeup. The sofa and bed looked very unappealing and stained. Bathroom issues: The faucets and the shower head were in poor condition and need maintenance or replacement. AC and temperature: There is only one air conditioner, and it is located in the living room. Because of this, the bedroom gets extremely hot and uncomfortable at night. Navigation: It can be a bit tricky to find the correct entrance (block) inside the residential complex.
