巨大白色窗户可以看到对面的酒吧街，房间干净舒适，公共区域有冰箱、烧水壶、杯子、茶叶等，非常方便。 位置也很方便，打车十五分钟到自由广场老城区。楼下一百米左右就有超市。房费需要现金结算。 房东有问必答，在booking上问了他问题，他非常快就回复。但我却忘了回复他，搞得他见面时说找了我一个月，我真是太抱歉了。由于飞机到达比较晚，房东等我等到12点半，感谢房东提供的一切帮助。

Bright, cheery, affordable, homie and all in the best location. You won't go wrong with this gem!
You won't find a better value nor location for a short term stay. Rooms were clean and bright, and the premises was meticulously taken care of. The owner/manager is very trusting and the cleaning staff very helpful. It operates more like an ultra-micro boutique hotel with a shared living space. A cross between and Air BnB, bougie hostel, and a hotel. Best of all worlds. And you can't go wrong with the view overlooking the Wine Factory. One of the best locations in Vera district and in Tbilisi overall. 10/10 stars.
Some very minor maintenance issues (mirror light) I've addressed privately with the manager that will be easily rectified. Nothing that affected my stay at all. Overall, this historical property is a gem and a great find if you can get it.
