    Lovely stay and very central

    Very central location, a great-sized apartment and really comfortable beds. We especially loved that one of the bedroom walls was part of the original palace, it added so much character and atmosphere to the stay.

    We did have to walk up three flights of stairs, which wasn’t ideal for a family, especially with several suitcases. This isn’t necessarily a criticism of the property itself, as we found that many properties in Croatia have stair-only access, but it’s worth being aware of if you’re travelling with young children or lots of luggage.
