    Местоположение - идеальное, старый город, до пл. Свободы 5 мин, но при этом почти не шумно (иногда слышно дискотеку). Полноценная трёхкомнатная квартира - 3 отдельные спальни и кухня. Всё есть - бельё кухонные принадлежности, даже средства для стирки. За такие деньги, в этом месте - просто вне конкуренции. Комнаты хоть и маленькие но вполне комфортные, в каждой - балкон. Вся техника новая, ничего не протекает, нет посторонних запахов.

    Некоторые недостатки - обратная сторона достоинств: отсутствие гостиной или какого-то места где можно провести время вместе. Кухня хоть и немаленькая по площади всё же не совсем удобная - стол маленький и обеденная зона тесновата. Была некоторая проблема с полотенцами - маловато и хотелось бы покрупнее. Некоторые кровати немного жестковаты. Чуть скрипят двери - ночью слышно. Но всё это - вполне терпимо.

    Было очень удобно пользоваться кодовым замком.

    Очень удобное расположение,красивый ремонт.Фото соответствуют,даже лучше в действительности.

    Все понравилось. Всё есть. Единственная мелочь- очень тонкие ножи. Местный таксист не мог найти адрес.Возможно при заселении надо добавить улицу Коте Абхадзе,но это не замечание. Рекомендую для заселения.Тэе большое СПАСИБО! Понравилось всё!
