    Beautiful open home and quiet area with walk to the beach and quick drive to Donegal

    Lovely home in a quiet area with walking distance to the water. Nice gated driveway. Lots of windows. Good refrigerator and large kitchen as well as laundry. I was a solo traveler, but it would be very suitable for a family.

    I don’t watch much TV, which is a good thing because it wasn’t very useful. Bare minimum in kitchen, so bring your own necessities, Owners were quick to respond in regard to a neglected oven. Awesome tub and shower w/plenty of hot water.

    Many rooms for all our travelers. And it was clean.

    Trying to cook for everyone, with very small frying pans. And nowhere to put coats right through the door.

    Stunning beach location and excellently appointed holiday home

    Location is excellent with 5 min walk to amazing beach. The house itself is modern and comfortable with all mod cons available and great for our family holiday which included 2 grandchildren. Donegal town was 10 mins drive away and offered range of restaurants and bars. We had a faulty kettle which was replaced immediately.

    Unfortunately the integral smoke alarm went off at 5:45am on both our second and 3rd nights. This caused us some discomfort as the whole house was awakened , including both children, and suggests a faulty alarm system as we had thoroughly checked the house on both mornings. If this fault is addressed then you could not find a better beach side holiday home in Donegal
