Localização ótima.
Casa de banho entupido e tive que chamar várias vezes pra resolver e precisei comprar coberta porque a que estava lá não dava pra usar, impressão me deu que havia sido usada por outra pessoa e não foi lavado e toalhas de banho muito pequenas e com trocas uma vez por semana.

EXCELENTE UBICACION PERO APARCAR ES UN INFIERNO
La ubicación es inmejorable en pleno centro en una calle peatonal. El apartamento es tranquilo. El apartamento tiene ascensor. El aire acondicionado es estupendo.
No tiene aparcamiento y se aparca fatal en la zona, salvo que te quieras gastar cerca de 30 euros extra cada día en un parking privado. Esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta en el precio final. Los enchufes del apartamento son de muy mala calidad y al desenchufar cualquier aparato puedes arrancarlos. Las vistas son inexistentes da hacia el interior y solo se ven algunos tejados.

für einen Besuch in Aveiro zu empfehlen, gute Lage und komfortables Bett :)
Das Bett war sehr komfortabel 👍👍 Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wohnung war sauber, der Self-Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert.
die Kaffeemaschine müsste mal erneuert werden, im Badezimmer gab es leider keine Möglichkeit Gewand oder Handtücher aufzuhängen
