    The location was convenient to sites and restaurants. The rooftop was lovely.

    The shower overflowed/leaked with each use and bathroom overall small.

    Excellent location, extremely noisy stay

    Easy to collect property keys

    The location was great and very central, and I understand that Palermo is a lively city. However, the apartment was not soundproof at all, which made the stay extremely difficult. I came to Palermo to relax and unfortunately, I was unable to sleep properly on any of the nights I stayed. The noise from outside and around the building was extremely loud, and the lack of sound insulation meant that it felt as though the windows were open. While I understand that some level of city noise is unavoidable in such a central location, proper soundproofing should be expected, especially in an apartment advertised as suitable for a stay. Unfortunately, the lack of it completely affected my ability to rest and enjoy the accommodation. The location is excellent, but I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay.
