    I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by the receptionist, who was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our requests. We had asked for rooms on the upper floors, and our request was kindly accommodated. The hotel has a charming colonial style, is clean, well maintained, and peaceful. It also offers convenient parking and is an excellent base for exploring Valladolid and the surrounding area. A sincere thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality. If we return to Valladolid, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
