  Not the lodge I booked and no explanation as to why but the one given instead sufficed.

  Bed comfy, hot tub good

  It wasn’t the property I booked. Instead of being Teejay lodge I was put in elegant lodge which isn’t even the same type of caravan and wasn’t informed why. There was also one 1 normal size mug in the property and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work

  Beautiful location. Easy to locate the cabin. Hottub was perfect and clean. And the right temperature. Able to turn the heat up or down. Beautiful location. Staff very helpful and easy to contact if you needed anything. JJs restaurant served some of the nicest food I had and reasonably priced. Beds were s dream to sleep in and was given extra bedding and towels. Lots of games we played with the kids and WiFi, cabin connected to your phone to play music

  The cabin lacked a hoover but I understand there's limited room to store one but could of gone in the dressing room. Alot of the cooking items weren't cleaned properly and we found a few of the previous guests items in the cabin. The shower wasn't very clean either but these are things we just over saw and did ourself. Only thing that let it down

  Great fun, relaxing and perfect for a long weekend away!

  Lodge was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed when cooking. Facilities were amazing, hot tub was great, board games available and location was stunning and very relaxing. We will definitely book again!

  We would like to suggest more toilet roll, two rolls for 6 guests did not appear enough. A hoover was needed for the length of our stay. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, mattress needs replaced. Wifi was very slow at first.

  Great caravan with hot tub

  The hot tub was a big hit with adults and children. The caravan was spacious and pretty clean. It was nice to have two bathrooms both with toilets and showers. Kitchen and living room were large enough for family of 6. Beds were comfy and plenty pillows and additional blanket if needed.

  Not enough towels. We had communication problems to start and they thought there was only four people instead of 6 booked. It took 48 hours to sort that problem before gett ing additional towls and bedding. Even with correct number of towels it wasn't enough.1 tea towel for kitchen to last the week. 1 bath towel each for the week. Additional towels were £5 each, if i had known beforehand we could have taken extras with us. We were novice to hot tub and found out you have to shower before and after using it. This meant 3 showers per day and drying after the tub, so 4 x drying off on 1 towel. We also had a broken lock on the bedroom window, it didn't lock all week.
