    Great location and clean, comfortable accommodation.

    Good location. Well maintained and well stocked with equipment.

    All good except one person would have preferred an adjustable shower rather than the overhead one. Unavoidable power cut meant oven was unusable for one meal. But no fault of the property.

    Beautiful location close to bourton on the water and wildlife park. Temple mews was clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

    The location is perfect, close to everything you need.

    Communication is zero. I requested a change on my booking giving Three months notice, I never heard anything back. I didn't have a code for the lock box until I arrived at the property and had to chase up the owner, one phone number is out of service. I have sent many messages via booking.com, also on the booking you have to contact Sykes cottages but they don't answer either. The sign for the property is hidden in bushes and easily missed making it look like you are about to drive up a private driveway, making it confusing as to where to find the property, they also used a photo which isn't the same view as when you drive in making it seem like you have the wrong place. Communication needs to improve.

    Beautiful Broadwell

    I was born and brought up in Broadwell many years ago so this felt like coming home. Had a very comfortable stay in this accommodation and was nice and warm throughout our stay. Had everything we wanted with a very generous welcome pack. Hopefully will get the opportunity to stay here again as there are plenty of walks from the doorstep or within a short travelling distance.

    The length of our stay - could happily stay here for months!
