Parking is terrible! The valet takes forever! Management is useless!

Good hotel but self parking the same cost as valet parking which is outrageous

Hotel was great but the parking and the cost abysmal. We self parked but still charged for valet parking. Staff hadn’t a clue re self parking and the valet parking charge is outrageous.
