Best place to stay in Ubud
From the moment we arrived the staff (Hendra) was so welcoming and attentive. Our bags were taken to our room and we were offered fruits and tea. Our room was in the quiet forest area, big, clean and beautifully presented. Having the private pool and outside bathroom was a highlight. We also had complimentary afternoon tea each day and got to try different Indonesian sweets. The location of the hotel was perfect for us quiet and tucked away from the hustle-, there were scooters on hire, or we could take the complimentary return shuttle into Ubud at selected times. The hotel was a short easy 15 minutes walk though a paved rice paddy to an area of restaurants and shops- lots of choice. We loved our stay so much we extended for an extra night! Oh, I almost forgot the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a real luxury- lots of choice for evening meals too and reasonably priced.
There was nothing we didn't like- only a suggestion, maybe upgrading the TVs to smart TV for streaming services.

Logement au calme près d’Ubud, avec une équipe réactive
Logement légèrement excentré d’Ubud, mais c’est justement ce qui fait son charme ! On retrouve le calme, notamment près des rivières, tout en étant à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville lorsque la circulation est fluide. Le logement était parfait : magnifique piscine, belle baignoire et superbe salle de bain. L’ensemble est très bien entretenu et le service via WhatsApp est particulièrement réactif. Le room service est disponible jusqu’à 22h, ce qui est très pratique. Il est également possible de louer un scooter directement sur place. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats, avec des prix un peu plus élevés, mais cela reste très pratique pour pouvoir manger directement sur place. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui est vraiment très réactif !
