Disappointing experience.
good location
The listing does not clearly state that the apartment is located within Playa Honda Hotel. This was important to us, as we would not have booked it had we known this in advance. The apartment is quite small for one adult and three children, with very limited space. There are also no umbrellas around the pool, so there is no shade at all and you are exposed to the sun the entire time. Most importantly, the service from the management agency was extremely poor. When we arrived, there were towels and bed linen for only two people, despite the booking being for four. There was no linen for the sofa bed, and the linen on the main bed was stained. We immediately reported the issue, but although additional linen for the sofa bed was eventually provided, the stained linen was not replaced. The problem was only finally resolved two days later, after I complained to Booking.com and Booking.com contacted the agency twice. The agency initially told Booking.com that the issue had already been resolved, which was not true, and I had to provide evidence of our correspondence to have the matter corrected. Spending two days of my holiday dealing with something that should have been checked and prepared before our arrival was extremely frustrating. The quality of service from the management agency was unacceptable.
