Excellent location for food and transport but you need to climb 4 floors
Location and every small need taken care of. From kitchen equipment, laundry tablets, dish washer , kitchen paper, aluminum foil and even ice cubes. Super market is next to it and bus stop is 100 meters away.
It is 4 floors and no lift. You have to switch on lights and there are no automatic lights.

The perfect place to recharge if joy and true rest is needed.Great location , activities in a short radius. Excellent hospitality, discretion and connection. Leo made it so easy. Definitely I be back!! Hvala!!

Soggiorno interrotto in anticipo per problemi nell’alloggio e per una gestione da parte dell’host che ha reso la situazi
La posizione vicino a lapad
Esperienza complessivamente negativa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di formiche nell’appartamento e abbiamo segnalato subito il problema. La gestione da parte dell’host è stata però poco professionale: invece di cercare una soluzione concreta, la situazione si è rapidamente irrigidita fino alla richiesta di lasciare la struttura, con toni che abbiamo trovato inappropriati e con la minaccia di coinvolgere la polizia. È inoltre intervenuta una persona presentata come addetta alle pulizie per verificare la situazione, ma anche questo intervento non ha portato a una gestione chiara o risolutiva del problema. Alla fine abbiamo preferito lasciare l’alloggio in anticipo e trovare autonomamente un’altra sistemazione. La recensione riguarda soprattutto la gestione del problema e la comunicazione con l’host, che abbiamo trovato poco collaborativa e non adeguata alla situazione.

Emplacement idéal à Lapad, mais attention aux contraintes (étage et SDB)
Propreté et équipements récents et de très bonne qualité. Literie confortable. Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la promenade de Lapad, commerces et transports proches. Excellent accueil en personne.
4eme étage sans ascenseur. Salle de bain très étriquée: lavabo minuscule et toilette coincé entre la douche et le mur.
