    Beautiful estate and excellent restaurant, but disappointing service, breakfast standards and management response to fee

    Excellent location, clean rooms, excellent food at Quercus restaurant

    Breakfast hot buffet was cold (offered to reheat the food!), bistro restaurant disappointing, beds rather soft and pillows thin (personal preference), spa didn’t open until 1000, complaints procedure defensive and rather rude.
