Mould-Covered Bathroom, Ants, Damp Smell and Appalling Hygiene – Avoid!
Our experience at this apartment was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, unpleasant damp smell throughout the bedroom and kitchen, ants in the kitchen, dirt underneath the fridge, and a bathroom extensively covered in visible mould stains. The outdoor conditions were equally disappointing. Three cats were present, and the outdoor sofa cushions were so heavily covered in cat hair that they were completely unusable. Bedsheets were stored outside in a damp area, and the towels provided had an unpleasant musty smell. Most concerningly, when we reported these issues to reception, staff told us they were already aware of the damp and mould problems. Despite acknowledging these existing issues, they refused to offer any refund. Given the hygiene concerns and the potential health risks associated with mould exposure, we did not feel comfortable staying for the second night. Nevertheless, we received no refund for the unused night. We have photographic evidence documenting the conditions described. In my opinion, these standards are completely unacceptable for paying guests. The property requires urgent attention to its cleanliness, damp and mould problems. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking. An extremely unpleasant experience and a complete disappointment.

Smukke omgivelser, rent og pænt, imødekommende personale. Gode senge og velfungerende AC. Dejlig stor pool og restaurant.
Det dobbeltværelse, som vi havde bestilt levede ikke op til vores forventninger. Modsat fotos på hjemmesiden lå værelset på 1. sal op ad en stentrappe. Vi skiftede til en lejlighed med direkte udgang til lille terrasse, hvilket vi betalte ekstra for
