An absolutely beautiful stay in Tuscany!
An absolutely beautiful stay in Tuscany! Tenuta Golo is a stunning property with breathtaking views of Montepulciano and the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia. The setting is peaceful, serene, and truly spectacular. I was not prepared for how beautiful it would be in person. I enjoyed walking the property and taking it all in. I cannot imagine a better spot. Watching the sunset over Montepulciano in the distance from this property is one of the best experiences of my life. The interiors are beautifully designed, blending original wood beams, rustic ceilings, and historic architecture with modern finishes, thoughtful modern lighting, and beautifully appointed bathrooms with modern sinks and fixtures. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and every detail feels considered. We especially enjoyed playing pool in the billiards room overlooking the Tuscan hills. Breakfast was lovely, with a generous assortment of pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, meats, and cheeses. The owners were warm and welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. Tenuta Golo strikes the perfect balance between rustic Tuscan charm and modern luxury. A truly memorable place to stay!

We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we had booked longer. The villa is beautiful and the setting is incredible, so peaceful and scenic, surrounded by vineyards with Montepulciano just down the road. The room was beautiful, and the pool was such a great place to relax and take in the views. The whole stay was amazing, and the breakfast and food were excellent. Brisilda and the team were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their recommendations for the surrounding towns were also great and helped us make the most of our time there. The wine is amazing too, and we’re already planning to order some to take home. We’re definitely coming back!!
