Weitläufiges, ruhiges, in klassischer toskanischer Landschaft liegendes Anwesen!
Phantastischer Blick aus den Räumen im 1.Stock. Schöne Poollandschaft. Giorgio kümmerte sich liebevoll um alles. Im 2km entfernten Sarteano finden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Holidu versäumte es, die richtige Telefonnummer des sehr freundlichen neuen Ansprechpartners vor Ort (Giorgio) mitzuteilen. Stattdessen wurde in der gesamten Kommunikation die längst nicht mehr existierende Verwalterin Luisa benannt.

The place has great outdoor space, large bedrooms and a vey nice living room, a wonderful size kitchen and a big nice pool.
Overall the kitchen equipment, the linen etc need an upgrade or at least to come to an update, the feeling is 90s. Because the place is very big, more needs to be done in the cleanliness of especially the shared spaces. Also, the location of the property needs to be updated in Google maps, it took us 30min and a lot of intuition to understand where it is, since the host does not speak English.

Heerlijke plek om uit te rusten, genieten van het zwembad en de ruime tuin, ruimte voor een groter gezin
Heerlijke ruime woning met alles wat je nodig hebt, schitterend gelegen met verre uitzichten, heel fijn zwembad met ruim voldoende zit/ligstoelen.

Jest to miejsce z dużym potencjałem , niestety bardzo zaniedbane. Na plus - Basen- bardzo ładny, czysty, z super widokiem.
Niestety budynek pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W łazience praktycznie nie ma wody, leci takim słabym strumieniem , że ciężko jest się wykąpać , nie mówiąc już o umyciu głowy. Podłoga w domu była bardzo brudna. Naczynia w szafkach też nadawały się do ponownego umycia zanim się z nich skorzystało. W pierwszy dzień naszego pobytu kiedy chcieliśmy odpocząć na basenie - przyszedł Pan kosić trawę, hałasował kosiarka tuż obok nas, dodatkowo dookoła basenu rozsypał wszędzie trawę, którą zostawił.
