  Unfortunately, our stay was highly unsatisfactory due to several issues involving poor communication, cleanliness, faulty lighting, and an unexpected water supply disconnection. I would like to bring these matters to your attention and request a thorough investigation. 1. Lack of Check-in Guidance Upon arrival on the first day, we did not receive any check-in instructions or guidance from the property owner. The security guard advised us to contact the owner directly. I had to search for the owner's contact number through the booking application and call personally to obtain the necessary information. Only after the call did the owner provide the instructions on how to collect the key. This lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poor preparation for our arrival. 2. Poor Cleanliness and Faulty Lighting After entering the property, we discovered that the floor was dirty, with a significant amount of dust accumulated underneath the carpet, suggesting that the area had not been cleaned properly for some time. In addition, several lights were not functioning. Two lights in separate bedrooms, along with two lights in the walkway and living room, were faulty. The bedrooms were left dark at night, causing inconvenience and discomfort. These issues raise concerns about whether the property was properly inspected and maintained before being handed over to guests. Furthermore, we were not informed in advance that a technician would be coming to repair the lights. The technician arrived while we were out for dinner, indicating a lack of proper communication and coordination. 3. Water Supply Disconnection Due to Unpaid Water Bill The most serious issue occurred on the second day. After returning to the property from lunch, we discovered that there was no water supply throughout the entire house. I attempted to contact the owner using the number provided the previous day, but I was unable to get through.

  I like everything about the apartment.. .

  the only thing i dont like is the lift ....only one ...every time i want to use it .it is full...so i have to take the stairs....the check in n check out process should be improved...other than that thumbs up
