Hotel bellissimo, personale attento e gentile
La mancanza di dress code nel ristorante 1919 dove ho cenato. Al tavolo accanto al mio, una persona era vestita con t-Shirt bianca a mezze maniche e ciabatte fornite dall‘hotel. Davvero inaccettabile per un hotel di questo livello.

Beautiful thermal spa luxury in the heart of Tuscany.
The variety of treatments and amenities. The rooms were also luxurious. Turn down service and other complimentary room services were elegant and thoughtful. we enjoyed the experience. The breakfast was exquisite! there was so much variety and everything was fresh and healthy.

The staff, facilities and breakfast could not be beat!
It was a beautiful location and the facilities were top notch.
Only slight negative— they upgraded us to a room facing the hot springs pool, which was absolutely lovely! Just know the room will smell slightly of sulfur because of proximity.
