    Insgesamt waren wir von der Unterkunft enttäuscht.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist der Weg zum Termini Bahnhof doch recht lang. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte in der Nähe sind.

    Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem älteren Gebäudekomplex. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand: Wir fanden schwarze Haare in der Dusche und auf dem Boden, Schimmel an den Wänden der Dusche, eine kaputte Klobürste und einen unangenehmen Geruch. Zudem tropfte kurzzeitig Wasser von der Badezimmerdecke. Das Bett war sauber und komfortabel. Allerdings war die Straße nachts ziemlich laut, was auch durch geschlossene Fenster hörbar war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch mussten wir bei dem Wasserschaden den ganzen Tag auf eine Rückmeldung warten.

    Very good place close to Termini station

    Bedrooms are separated by kitchen, all needed facilities were present.

    Perfect 8 point apartment

    It was decent place with all necessary items for comfortable stay.

    Treasure and Elegant retreat is a bit far fetched name for this flat. In fact it is normal, decent short-time rent apartment. As windows are on the busy street, it can be quite loud.
